The plan is to assemble & tune the car on stock heads @ ~20psi for x months. Once break in has been achieved I will have a fully (heavily) built set of heads installed as well as possibly switching to stronger rods & higher compression pistons, then retuning for ~30psi of boost.

This is the parts list for my build, as complete as my memory will have.
I will update it as it moves along and more things get added in. Pictures to follow as I have time.

For the bottom end:
-Block professionally refreshed and checked
-Polished crank
-Race series bearings
-Eagle rods w/ARP bolts.
-Wossner forged pistons, stock compression (stage 2 of build may see 9.5)
-New OEM oil pump
-New OEM water pump
-ARP head and main stud kit.
-New OEM gasket set, direct from Nissan
-ATI 1000hp race dampener
-BDE motor mounts

Top end:
-BDE half moons
-Checked & assembled by machine shop.
-Head specs are decided on, will be completed in second stage of build after break in. Running stock heads for now.

Intake:
-Completly custom designed intake. This unit replaces the upper & lower intake, as well as incorporating the idler stud & custom top feed billet fuel rails into a 2 piece unit. This is a one-off unit designed for my car and has not been done before to this capacity. Ever.

Turbo system:
-2 GT3076r Turbos .63ar
-FORGE HD actuators, 30psi capable
-Specialty Z Inconel tubular manifolds, to be modified.
-1 Tial 50mm BOV (red)
-Universal 2 in 1 out vertical flow FMIC,  27x10x3.5.
-Custom charge piping
-3" straight through turbo back exhaust, also custom

Fuel system:
-Walbro 255lph in tank
-Aeromotive Eliminator pump in line, good to 1400hp on its own.
-Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
-All black stainless braided stainless line, -6 sending
-Custom made fuel rails (see intake)
-Russell fittings all around
-ID1000cc fuel injectors.

Clutch & Transmission:
-Bronze shifter bushings
-SPEC twin disc, 900 ft/lb rated
-Retaining stock transmission, driveshaft, and rear end

Cooling:
-Mishimoto rad
-Electric fan, similar to a Taurus e-fan.
-New OEM water pump
-34 row Setrab oil cooler

Engine Management System:
Haltech Platinum Pro
-EGT sensor
-IAT sensor
-Dual wideband setup
-Map sensor
-Boost control module
-Aux I/O box
-13" compact laptop to run Haltech.
-New efi harness with injector load issue fix.

Suspension:
-AMS HICAS delete bar
-Currently lowered on Bilstiens (unsure of the specifics but it rides perfect)

Braking & Wheels:
-Brembo SRT-8 conversion with 14' Stoptech drilled & slotted rotors
-LMGT4s, Front - 18x8.5, Rear - 18x9.5
-Hoosier drag radials on the rears, 295-30-18

Miscellaneous:
-AEM Meth kit, 1 gallon. Wired to Haltech.
-AEM boost & wideband on drivers A-piller.
-Custom glove box plate designed to hold 5 more gauges.
-Infinity Q45 90mil TB
-Battery relocated to trunk, gel cell
-Blue LED light kit for interior (pods, gauges, key ring, floor, overhead)
-Crystal white LED lights kit (map light, trunk light)
-Super bright crystal white LED reverse lights
-'99 JSpec tails (no center)
-1994 Honda Accord shift knob, I found it in a parts car, it's comfortable.

Deletes:
-Complete HICAS
-Complete AC (dash apart, everything)
-Evap canister
-Egr
-Spare tire
-Clutch fan
-Jack

I took out the obvious things like plugs and timing belt to attempt making it more streamlined

Honourable mention for companies I've been dealing with:
Wiring Specialties
Flawless Z Performance
Real Street Performance
Nissan of West Covina
Ross Machine Racing
Mitch @ EP Racing
Greg @ Specialty Z

As well as countless others I've kept up with and friends I've made with these past two years. I can't wait to meet a couple of you in the coming months.

Cheers from Canada,
Brad

Hell yeah! Now all ya gotta do is re post the pics. By the way it's best to just create a new post in this thread every update that way everyone that is subscribed gets a notification. A bunch of members just strictly watch build threads and may never even comment. (I really wish those people would introduce themselves)

So to update the pictures I'm going to try and keep it in sequence as best as I can. starting with pictures of the can before the motor blew, pictures of the tear down followed by pictures of all the parts, then reassembly. New parts pictures will be added as they come but I will group as best I can.

So that took about an hour to do haha I will go through and caption most of the photos as I have time to give you a better idea as to the progression

I pick up my Rays Nismo LMGT4s and Hoosier radials April 4th weekend from New Jersey. Will be sure to post pictures of them when I am there. I have some now but I will wait.

Thanks

Hey thanks! Didn't think I would see any locals on here. Must have been the link I spammed out! My car is in Moncton and I hope to have it done soon. It really depends on how long the fabrication of my intake is going to take, which I was recently told months :( I'll have it out at car shows and cruises locally though, as well as along the eastern United States

Hey John & Sean haha soon enough buddy :)

Right now I'm trying to decide on getting a Jspec front bumper with everything, bran new never installed for $650, its a hard deal to pass up but I've neglected buying mechanical things on the car for the past 1-2 months because I'm paying for the wheels and drag radials. ahhhh decisions!!!

Well, some pretty big things are going to happen in the first week of May. Postponing my trip to get the wheels as I have a couple "items" being shipped to the same location so I can pick everything all up at once. Some of you know of a car that recently blew his motor, well I'm picking it clean. That's your only hint for now :P

Well I just picked up about 10 grand in parts this past weekend, along with another 2-3 grand being ordered this Friday, but until I can edit my parts post this thread is, sadly dead. I'm keeping the same format at least and not posting one part here and there. If I can't look at the first post and keep everything organized as I have then I won't keep it up. I'm meticulous and organized and if I can't do something right in the end? Well that's it

Irritation all over again.

Those "nismo" seats aren't authentic they are basically an quality seat that embroidered.

Hmm apparently my phone didn't put eBay in lol but ya I remember researching them along time ago to cause I thought it would be cool if they were real but they are just a cheap seat along the line of Megan racing seats that some one used the logo on.
