Ok This is yet another build in process thread: Budget Build Pic Heavy!

A little about me, I'm a Marine Married with two kids and a GREAT wife. I got the 91 240sx hatch about three years ago when my wife was pregnant with our first child my boy. The right quarter panel was smashed when I bought it. My wife played an Overhaul trick on me (knowing I loved that show and wished it happened to me). Basically had her mom who drives stick and an officer that lived in the same building where in on the joke. I came home and it was gone she had the car at a shop getting the quarter pannel done.

Being that we had only one income not much was done to it besides that except little things here and there which I will get to. It had only 147,000 or so miles on the ka24de and pretty clean but needed some tlc.

Plans: Keep Clean & Original with what it came with plus upgrades
Exterior-
Pig nose lip - Already have (want the xenon one)
Mud Flaps- Already have but not on yet
Rear Valance- Not sure which ones yet
Sleep eye Flip Lights- Done (first mod)
HID (Not yet but have egay projector housing)
Fogs not yet installed but will be in the vents
Painted vents black (done)
Led Chuki Half Amber/Clear front bumper turn sigs
HB Alteeza Chrome Tail lights- Tinted Red and Center Black (Second Mod)
Power Folding Mirros
Rims '08 oem BMW 750li 19" (have)

Interior:
New carpet Blk (stock one is ripped)
Back Seats Black dye
Front seats s14 blk (have)
Walbro pump 190 (have)
Digital Climate Control (have)
Nardi 330 dep corn steering wheel blk/red
New turn signal switch and light switch from CourtesyParts.com
pioneer all round head unit and speakers plus amps (have)
Gages (not sure which ones yet)
Re-sound proof the interior
new dash
re-do interior glove box/headliner/door pannels

Drivetrain:
Ka24deT with ITB
cams/pistons/rods
Exhaust Apexi N1 dual (have traded for a smart phone)
Fidanza Short Shifter (have)
New OEM clutch (on 500 miles ago)
New Slave (same as ^^^)
steel braided clutch cable (have)
welded diff (have)
Fidanza Lightened Flywheel (got for $10 FTW)
Nismo power brace

Brakes and Suspension:
350z Calipers Fr/R (have)
Drill & slotted Rotors
Steel Braided Brake lines
Stance LX plus
Sub frame bushing set
Collars
Stance upper Control arms
Stance traction Arms
Toe Rods

I'm pretty sure I forgot somethings but you get the idea, now on to the build and its progress!

What she looked like when I first got her. The first mod was the sleepy eyes $10 on ebay wired right to the light switch.

The hatch was stock with the wiper and the stock wing the was rusted out so I got this black one in the juck yard $30
Image

Then I got the Alteeza lights and chuki 1/2 & 1/2 front lights and needed paint bad

My wife was driving around a 97 Sentra with 198,000 original one owner(her) miles until it was time for a new family car. She got tired of my two year old holding the gallon of milk and my 6 month old (at the time) holding the eggs because we had no room for anything with two car seats. So I had to buy our new-er family car which is why my build has taken forever. I dont like payments so I bought it out right. This is the cause of my delay on progress.....ohh yeah and those two hungry children lol! Oh and the sentra is now my DD until my hatch is ready again. 208,151 miles strong and only changed two alternator since purchased. I will get pictures of the sentra up next time but she is no looker. Go Nissan! The truck is nice to even thou it is not a nissan but drives great.

Mind you I just got them like a few days ago and dont have the hub conversion (yet) and no coils. I am about to put in the calipers soon but it is still on jack stands and I put them in the wheel well just to try and get an idea but the pics are not great and the garage is not wide so this is the best I could do for now. I will be getting 40 series size so should look better and am going to switch center cap with nissan ones.

19" x 9.5 and 19" x 10.5 I believe. I'm not trying to drift it at least not in these wheels. I want this to be a nice daily driver with good over all looks, sound, and performance. I still have the steelies with new tires I bought a few months ago with 95% tread left if I get the urg to drift which I know I will. I have a welded diff but have been contemplating putting it in.

Thanks! They are 5x120 and need an adapter is all. Where there is a wheel there is a way lol! That is why I wanted to be the first with them on an s13 chasis. :naughty:

My buddy has 19" on his with plenty of room to spare even though its not "Hella Flush". I would have gone 18" but then came across these, it was "An offer I couldn't refuse". I guess we will see when they are on how they will look! :ohno:

Just got some interior fabric I picked up at Joann's Fabrics after Halloween! I've been wanting to do it black inside. I like the suede but wanted some thing different. It is really subtle and doesnt stand out as much as you can see. I got alot of it because it was all that was left and didnt want anyone else to have it lol :chuckle: . Plus it was 60% off after hallowween!

I couldn't stand the spray craze because it didnt look clean to me. So I went to a tint shop a bought red translucent vinyl and applied it like tint and bam!
