Yes, it's that time of year again and I figured I would start up the fun by hearing everyone's 2012 New Year's Resolutions for their 240sx/Project car.

put in my new radiator
steering wheel quick release
touge factory seats
2 way diff
one piece drive shaft
all new PSM suspension stuff
front 5 lug conversion
once i finish with all that ill move onto motor stuff
What type of Build do you plan?
DD/track car
Track times, events, magazine spots, 12 months on jack stands?
id like to do atleast 3 drift events and keep it off stands for an extended period of time

S15 turbo (or new GTX2860r depending on funds)
Extrude hone & swain coat the exh. mani. Swain coat the turbo elbow & DP
Turbo heat blanket (or swain coat it too)
Mazworx headstuds, Apex'i or Cosworth HG
JWT/HKS/Tomei cams
Taurus e-fan
Italicized items are primary goals
What type of Build do you plan?

Mid 12's or lower in 1/4 mile. I haven't ran it down a strip yet, so I don't know what it currently runs.

Re-install the A/C components. It's too hot in GA lol. This & the taurus e-fan take precedent over everything

Replace my BOV (my original BOV broke and I haven't gotten a chance to put my new one in yet)
Get new Exhaust (Dual N1 style)
Buy the Version Select type VI body kit OR Sileighty front end
*If I get the Version Select kit: Kouki Tails
*If I get the Sileighty: D-Max Crytal Tails
Get my car painted (either Midnight Purple, Midnight Blue Pearl, an OEM Nissan Red or Super White)
Buy a bigger turbo (GT28)
In order from most important to least

Replica Kouki 180sx Type-X (I can't afford the real deal)

Well I got my RB running yesterday (the 2nd) so I already checked that off the top of the list
-Break in motor/fine tune it
-Install my seatbelt harness's
-Install my 5lug
-Buy friends wheels (18"f 19"r)
-buy coils
-Attend ALL STAR BASH

-little bigger of a turbo (430whp range)
-Nistune
-Buy bucket seat
Prolly wont be able to afford much more lol

What Mods do you plan on buying / installing?
Need to buy a new clutch and flywheel since they appear to be rusted through the starter hole on the transmission/block. Working on getting the engine away from the transmission since it won't budge. Need to get an engine hoist when funds are available.
What type of Build do you plan?
I know I said this year but it isn't looking that way right now. Got a scholarship to take CCNA classes online then CCNA boot camp. Want to rebuild my spare SR20DET block, but I am going to roll with what I have till I find a job after these classes.
What time do you want to run? track related?
I am going to try to shoot for the end of this year hopefully. 2011 went too fast and had to fix other things on the 240.

Probably 12 months on jack stands. I got an electrical problem to my starter. Battery is draining. 2 Alternators, Brand new Optimum Red battery tested out good. Might need to change out the voltage regulator or rewire my distribution block.

Replace oil pump, pull engine and reseal baffle oil plate.
Did you finish your 2011 goals?
No. I had other issues on getting the 240 running good. Had to rebuild my spare head full port and polish, valve job. Got to dyno the car on a safe tune so it can be drivable, got a hotpipe made for the T70 turbo. Have to fix all the other issues I have with it this year. Paint, windshield, and retint probably not this year. We shall see.
