2010 Altima coupe......any info??

i was just looking on http://www.nissannews.com and it has press releases for the 2010 maxima, sentra, and others, but no Altima yet... my guess is it will be soon when they drop the news on that site.

also, i was noticing that the pictures for the 2009 altima coupe on that site were very similar to the picture a couple posts back. same color car, same type of roads.. my guess is that they are doing a photoshoot, not a commercial for the 2010 altima.

also, if you notice how the doors extend past the windows, it is definitely a coupe; all sedans have the front doors flush with their windows.

this is all i know about the car. that it looks amazing. i used to be a car salesman so i still keep up to this stuff and looks like the rear got a little modified. i wish i had gotten pics but they weren't exactly very welcoming when i had my camera busted out hahah

they are filming for a commercial that should be out in 6-8 weeks. this location is at Glendora Mountain Road and they brought the entire crew !

i dont see the Maxima in it.... i thought the hood looked like the G37 sedan and the fascia like the SE-R sentra or 07-08 Maxima.

Those doors are like 3 feet long...that is really weird. I trust you TK...but...it REALLY looks like the sedan.

Does anyone think anything from the front will be transferable to our car?

If not..they just kicked Stillen in the balls...they went threw all the R&D for the coupe Fascia and it lasted 2 years?

That's not an Altima Coupe. Want to know why? Look in the middle of the car at the rear seat. There is a rear head rest there. Now go look at the back of your coupe - is there a rear head rest for the middle seat? Nope.

In fact, the car looks almost smaller than the 370Z in the photo, which is also a miss for me. The hood has the wrong lines to it in the front as well. Even the tires look too thin.

It's not a Coupe.

Here is something too...

This has no lights in the rear view mirrors. Why are they filming a comercial with a 2.5S? They always take photos of the 3.5SE (or SR) say it starts at 20,500$ and add "As shown 26,000$"

AND

To fight my own point...it is a coupe because there are no side trims on the doors. The sedan has a piece about 1/3 of the way up and the coupe doesn't. They could have removed it for 2010, but...which ever.

i was reading and looking like "thats some rsx-like headlights" and someone says it.. lol Its not a convert, cause u see "roof" unless its a hardtop! o man.. lol and yea, the 3.5 lights on the mirrors. Maybe their doing another shoot where you see only a glimpse, so it would not matter if it was a higher trim, your just going to see the new side profile and then "coming soon" or something. lol
