These adapters are designed to make installing the Z32 rear brake assembly a bolt on affair. After attempting the swap on my S13, the only problem I had was how to make the Z32 e-brake cables work. I searched on the internet and was not able to find a fix that didn't scare me. So, I developed these. On the left, you have the original prototype, that turned out to be just a little short (you had to adjust the e-brake cable nut a bit) On the right, you have the new design which is a little longer. This picture shows how you will be receiving them. Plastic bag with a bit of oil to prevent rusting. Powder coating is an option, but it will be expensive and it will take longer. I'm attempting to keep cost down by shipping them bare. Here they are installed on my car. A 10mm ratchet and four 6mmX1.0 bolts and you're "in there like swimwear." So far I only know them to work on the S13 chassis with the z32 2+2 e-brake cables. As of right now, The cost is $50.00 shipped within the continental U.S. Thanks for looking and e-mail me for more info. (bcarow@cox.net)

Sweet! This is brilliant. They look thick and strong too. I'm going to order a set soon. You should have mentioned that these brackets are for z32 2+2 cables. 2 seater cables won't work since their mounting points are angled.

Thanks for the correction/clarification! I don't have access to a variety of cars that these brackets may or may not work on, so research is slow. Test vehicles are hard to come by. Even working for a Nissan dealership we rarely see z32s and s13s and s14s. I will update the original post. Thanks again.

$50 shipped. It;s at the bottom of first post. I'm still waiting to hear from the seller.

EDIT: Found a pic of 2+2 and 2 seater cables side by side.

Ah yes. The 2 seater cable will not work for sure. Thanks again for the clarification.

I received them right after I paid and they look pretty good. I'm about to install rear z32 brake setup this week, so I'll do the review on them soon. I'll take lots of pictures too.

These are well made and direct bolt-on without any modification. Design is just brilliant and well put together. I highly recommend them. These will get rid of headache big time. I'll take some pics and post tomorrow. I'm glad that I was able to get a set right before the upgrade. Thanks, OP!!

I have a set and just bolted mine up the other day.

These are perfect when using the 2+2 Z32 cables on an S13. Can't ask for a better fit.

I spent the better part of the day rigging up something to make the cables work before I saw these. When I heard about these I pitched my design in the garbage for the upgrade.

Luckily, I saw this thread right before I started the swap. I spray painted mine, and it looks like this when installed.

Do not hesitate buying a set of these brackets from carmo. I was there when he was making the prototypes for his car and he's a damn perfectionist. Good luck with future sales dood. I may be picking up a set from you for myself as well lol.

That's funny. I thought you guys knew each other, but it looks like you guys ran into each other at the junkyard or something.

Naa. Me and Anumeric were working together at the same Nissan Dealership for a while. Anumeric got me hooked on 240s. I am forever in his debt.

Cool beans. I suspect the payment to be here today then. If so, the parts go out tomorrow (Tues. 6 2009) and you should have them by the end of the week.

Okay, so today brackets got shipped to Bay Area CA., Pittsburgh PA., and Everett WA. The one set of brackets I had left is at the fab. shop right now being cloned and I should have 10 more sets by Friday. Thanks for the support guys!
