I have a Z32 NA convertible, stock (albeit rather worn & squeaky) suspension. On wet pavement and in the rain the car will oversteer pretty bad -- almost as bad as my old Fiero. Is that normal? Tires are in good shape, fairly new w/ good tread. Hankook K106 225/50's.

You answered your own question. You also have to remember these are RWD cars and it is possible the tires may have plenty of tread and be new to you, but they actually could be older than you think. It aslo could be they are not made for wet driving and have harder tread compound that is meant for higher mileage than softer tread that is stickier.

Your worn suspension has a lot to do with under/oversteer. Softer springs tend for more body roll and bad struts do not keep the tires as firmly on the ground as good struts. Another thing to look at is the subframe bushings, suspension bushings, which could cause a "wobbly" feel, like the rear end wants to give out around corners.
