Have done quite a bit of looking around and cant really find anyone with my exact symptoms so Ill make a post just to confirm. So, what i have is a 1990 300zx NA 5 speed car. Its been sitting for 5 years on jack stands and I got it from a buddy. Threw a battery in it and nothing, when turning the key. no spark no fuel no turning over. pulled the ecu and the light is not on either. The key is worn out and you have to jiggle it to get it to turn the ignition switch over and its pretty sketchy making it work in the door. That being said, I read something that said bypassing the starter relay may solve my issue?? I just was hesitant because I wasnt sure if that would somehow send power back to the ECU? I did jump the starter solenoid and got the motor to turn over.. any help is appreciated thanks!

300zx doesnt have anything more than a toy security system stock. it beeps and flashes but it doesnt have any engine cut relays. you can just unplug the alarm cu thats under the steering wheel and it'll just stop the bells and whistles from working.

check your fuses
an automotive locksmith can cut you a key and repin the lock to make it work like brand new as an alternative to buying a full set of used locks and replacing them all.
if there is no light on the ECU then it's probable that the ECU fuse blew installing the battery which happens sometimes. it's also possible the ecu is dead.
when the car is turned to ON, it should turn on the fuel pump for 2 seconds. if you replace the blown fuses and it still doesnt have a light on the ecu then you're probably looking for a new ecu. while doing that you should consider relocating it from being near the floor, under the passengers feet which was a common design flaw in early computerised vehicles. I had a 88 honda legend that had about 5 different ECUs spread around under the driver, passenger seats and dash. if the weather seals ever failed or someone spilled their drink the car was toast from the thousands of dollars worth of liquid damage.

from everything ive read the factory Z alarm does cut the ecu and most aftermarket systems are that way too in them, I will definitely try the ecu fuse and ill try the computer in a buddies running car too and see what i can come up with. It does have aftermarket security stickers but have no located the actual system.

the factory alarm doesnt interfere with the engine at all. it's an alarm system.

you said it might have a second anti-theft system?
even if it did, security systems wont cut power to the ECU unless they're wired really badly. find out why you dont have power to the ECU and it should solve your problems. with nothing else connected and just 12V and ground on the ECU power pins it will flash the red LED on the ECU.

can you turn on the lights?
