z32 maf swap questionS

Car: 89 nissan 240sx coupe

my ca18det is bone stock and i just blew out my maf.. i want to convert to a z32 maf.. i am wondering if im able to just run an apexi afc or afc neo on the z32 maf and make my car run fine with that?

Yeah just set the correction to 0% so its basicaly doing nothing but converting 6v to 12v for the mafs lol.
