Yet another paint ? I need opinons.

Ok, so i finished putting the new panels on my car after the little accident i had, but now my car is two toned. The front end is white and the back end is red. I have an uncle who used to restore cars for Don Carter, the former owner of the Mavs, and he said he could hook me up with a paint job for a good price. Im stuck a little on what color though. I was thinking the stock maroon color, but leave my drift wing black, or paint it maroon like the car, or paint it silver and paint the wing silver to match the car. Your imput would be greatly appreciated as i am tired of driving around with a two-tone car and fighting off the urges to paint a jolly roger on my white hood. thanks

Hey, out of the 2 colors (maroon and silver) I'd say silver. If your doing the prep work, I'll tell you now. A color change takes a lot of work. I'm in the process of doing that now.

About the maroon w/ black wing. If I just heard someone ask this I would say its ugly. But when I was driving up from Palm Beach this weekend I saw a bright red 240 fastback, with the top black and a small black wing. That car looked so nice.

Anyways silver gets my vote

Well, while not helpful, I would say paint the Jolly Roger on the hood until you get your car painted for real It'd be amusing for a week or two!

my buddy spray painted "**** PIGS" on his hood when he got a ticket. it was funny sutff. he got pulled over alot tho

Have you thought about the R-32 gunmetal color? It will be the only one out there that I've seen with that color.
