I am starting to like the yellow fog lights...my buddy has some on his car and they look nice. Is there any way to get this type of look in our Z32s?

I have heard mixed reviews about the yellow coated bulbs, and there is also a DIY someone did on a Maxima forum where they actually removed a yellow capsule that you install with the bulb from an IS300. Has anybody had success getting a rich yellow color to your fog lights?

Probably not without doing some type of compact HID retrofit which is becoming harder to find. Lamin-x is a viable solution http://www.lamin-x.com/. If you decide you no longer like yellow fogs simply remove the film and you are back to clear lenses. Or you could always use a glass stain made by Krylon. Obviously more permanent but looks good (Have seen in person). I've always had better results with a colored lens illuminated by a high quality pure white bulb (Sylvania Silverstars, GE Nightbreakers, PIAA, HELLA, etc)

Yeah, I definitely don't want HID fog lights. I might just go with that glass stain/paint. Sounds cool...I wonder how they would look in the daytime off with the yellow lens.

Can you find that at like a NAPA or would you probably have to order it online?

i have yellow fogs.......there h.i.d.'s......i had to cut the glare guard out of the fogs so the bulbs could fit but it works perfetctly..... ill see if i can snap some pictures soon.....i did drill a 3/4" hole in the housing for the wiring and the bulb to fit in. the ballasts are stuck on top of the fog lights inside the bumper via duoble sided adhesive provided with my h.i.d.'s. i ordered my fogs from here: http://www.ddmtuning.com/ and so far the lights are working flawlessly.

how to remove glare guard: http://www.nicoclub.com/archiv....html
