XM to Sirius???

Just purchased a new Rogue a week ago and was wondering if anyone knows if XM radio can be changed out to Sirius radio? I think Sirius has a far better selection than what I've seen on XM.Any ideas would be great or has anyone already done this?Thanks.

By the way, the Rogue is an awesome vehicle.

I also want to switch from XM to Sirius as my husband already had Sirius. From what I have learned, XM and Sirius are expected to merge in the near future.

Also, adapters have been made for other systems to change an XM radio to a Sirius radio and vice versa. The adapter is not ready for the Rogue yet, but one should be out soon!

These companies are most likely merging and this issue may be resolved in the future. From XM's site

I would also rather have Sirius but..the 2 companies are merging, and it should happen this year hopefully. so I would just wait it out..

we should know very soon about the merger. were supposed to know by the first of the year, but now they are saying by the end of the first quarter.if it goes through at least you'll be able to get the channels you like from both!
