Who has an S13 for sale somewhere in Mass, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, New York or CT? I'm open to just a shell or even a complete car. Lets see whats out there.

You might want to broaden your search to somewhere outside the rust belt. Most 240s were rotting out 10+ years ago in New England, and have only gotten worse.
Also, what's your budget?
