wtb please help!!!!

I need a factory replacement air canister for my ac system on my 87 300z turbo I was told by my local dealership that is the reason for what is happening with my ac. What is going on is when I sit still my ac works fine as soon as I start to move it will go hot as if I were to turn on the heater. I can hear a noise coming from behind the front bumper where that canister is so it makes sence that is what my prob is. If any one can help or has any other ideas pleas let me know. I am also looking for a OEM replacement steeering wheel I have begun to rub through the rap on the wheel. I am restoring it to it's original condition from when I bought it off the show room floor. 23 years of wear. Can any one help!

sounds to me liek a vac or dashpot issue, there are a series ov vac activated dashpots under the dash near the drivers fotwell above the trans tunnel, they regulate the flow of air and are fed vacume by 2 vac lines that enter the passanger compartment near the battery, it's a pretty common problem, either the hoses harden and crack ro break or the dashpots stick or harden and crack or break

and that noise behind your bumper is likely a vacume pump

and I'm not sure what the dealer is calling an "air canister" are they talking about the vac canister?

Its black on black do you have the steering wheel

Yup, got the whole car, Steering wheel has the stereo controls on it. Maroon of course.
