no its in the middle of the lower radiator hose on the sohc ka. I need the metal housing it threads into, so if you have one of the ones where its in the lower radiator hose let me know, I'd like that metal housing.

Uh.. no

thats for the USDM AC fan, that is a switch that activates at over 198F and deactivates at under 188F, to control the condenser fan

WHUUTTTT*freaks out*

so could I use that to switch a relay to control my fans? This is an idea!

Yeah, when I ever get around to actually building proper mounts so I can instally my e-fans, thats how I'm going to wire at least one of them

Not sure if I'll wire one to that, and one to always on w/ AC, or both to it, or get another thermostat that I can set lower and put one on each, ...

yeah thats exactly what I was thinking, wire one through the switch that I have now (always on with ignition unless I turn it off) and wire the other to the thermostat. What wires go where on the relay, do you have any clue? Mine isn't plugged in (In fact I've been using that housing for my aftermarket water temp gauge, thats why I was looking for another, to plug the sensor back in. . . I thought it was the coolant temp sensor).

which relay?

the switch for the AC fan is just in the ground path of the fan, the fan power flows through it directly to ground (I forget in which order i.e. power > fan > switch > gnd or power > switch > fan > gnd, but same end result). There is an AC relay in the driver's side relay box that has one of the wires there supplying the power to the fan.
