I AM BUYING A MOTOR FROM A FRIEND OF MINE AT ENGINE DEPOT, ITS AN AUTO AND I WANT IT 5SPD. I NEED A MANUAL BELL HOUSING, WIRING HARNESS, AND ECU. DOES ANYONE HAVE THESE THINGS?

ALSO, I WAS TOLD THAT THE CA CAN BE FITTED TO A KA 5SPD transmission....IS THAT TRUE?

IM BUYING FOR $600 THE MOTOR, TURBO, MANI, AUTO ECU AND INTERCOOLER. THE MOTOR HAS 42,000 MILES ON IT. WHAT ELSE WOULD I NEED TO MAKE THE MOTOR RUN?

Yes, any S13 transmission can be used with the CAs bellhousing. Make sure you have all parts of the harness as well including MAF, igniter, and dropping resistor and that all sensors are in place on the motor such as CAS and knock sensor.

my bad im at work and most of the computers are always on caps.

ok, now i need basically everything else for the swap. ecu, wiring harness, bell housing...ect ect....

is anyone selling these things? or is there anywhere i can buy them?

bellhousing can be found in a junkyard. Find an old 80's s12 200sx with either the CA20E or the CA18ET and pull its bellhousing. You could use the transmission too, but its smaller and shorter, but the bellhousing is the same as the CA18DET and swaps onto your KA transmission.

You'll need a flywheel and clutch too. KA clutch works, KA flywheel doesn't. You will have to source a CA18DET flywheel from japan. There is also a way to use an SR20DET clutch and flywheel set up. Search the old threads to find out how.

just as a note, CA's don't need manual ECU or wiring harness. Your auto ECU and harness will work just fine, but with afew extra plugs.
