Would I Be Dumb to Buy a G35 in Colorado?

I've got an opportunity to pick up a G35 (not the X), however I wonder if I'd be a Grade-A moron to do that considering I live in Colorado. Thoughts?

If its your only car and you want to drive in snow it wouldn't be the best idea.

With the right winter tires you should be OK. People drive them in the NE all the time through winter.
