well dude thats your deal, but i dont think you emailed anyone, i tried to make it right on here cuz this is the first iv heard of anything, if you dont accept then thats your problem. and the sohc harness was wired for dual over head cam, cuz i swapped into a sohc car, just like you....

Why would i not email you about it??? You think i was just gonna be like "oh i got screwed over oh well"? I emailed you and midwest hybrid more than once and it's a shame too because i was gonna take my **** to midwest hybrid for them to dyno tune it too.

And as far as the sohc harness, it was chopped up and had the plugs that go to the dash chopped off which are needed, and some of the plugs that go down the side of the fender behind the battery were all chopped up too. The harness was garbage. So i went out and spent more money than i should have and i bought the right harness for the swap.

And how are you trying to "make it right"? by saying "sorry i sold you a motor with broken chain tensioners and a loud *** timing chain, and with a harness that was garbage"? Or by pretending you AND midwest hybrid didn't get my emails? C'mon man seriously. It's over and done with I emailed you plenty of times, and you didn't respond. So i don't expect anything from you at all.

Like i said i'm just letting people know to be careful with buying stuff from you after the **** i had to do. I'll most likely be contacting greg about it too and let him know the situation.

i was going to refund your money like a responsable person would do, like i said dude, i never got any emails, this is the first i heard of it, and midwest hybrid had nothing to do with it, so why do you keep bad mouthing them? that was a personal deal.

I never bad mouthed midwest hybrid. I'm sure they do good work, i've heard good things. I just said they never responded to my emails i sent either. I never said anything bad about the shop or that i was upset with the shop. I just wasn't about to take my car there for tuning after a "friend" of theirs sold me something and described it as one thing and it turned out to be not as described.

and as far the motor goes, it was running fine in my car, we never touched the timing chain, and just pulled the motor to put the sr in, thats all. so i dont know how that stuff got messed up. I had no way of knowing anything was wrong, there were NO noises when it was pulled.

yeah seriously this is not the place to be arguing about problems. hopefully a Mod sees this and cleans up this thread. All u both did is make me not want to associate or buy anything from either of you. I dont know who to believe. to me morgs seems to me as a better business person than you by offering a refund while all your doing is bashing him.

Anyways take this to the phone/emails

yeah well you've already done business with me you just don't remember! I went up there with isaac and picked up some wiring and ignition coil and a few other little things. when you were parting out that crashed coupe auto dohc.

i just am tryin to keep this thread clean cuz i actually enjoy when new ppl from Wi post in this thread so maybe i can meet some new nissan finatics in the area. Im afraid all this bickering will keep new ppl from posting so please try to keep it clean

Yeah they actually got it firing up and everything, hopefully in a few weeks i'll have it up and running ka-t.

Me and him took it to email, so you mods can go ahead and delete the posts, we're working something out.

not running yet. tried to fire it up today running on just a throttle body with Maf disconnected but i keep blow the engine control fuse. This weekend i gotta trace my wiring to see where its grounding out and fix it. Then just waitin for my FMIC to come in the mail and i can finish this thing. it wont be long before shes up and running

i know a ton about swapping engines into 240's. Ive helpe with a couple Sr's, a Ca18, and 2 Rb's. Plus ive done a lot of Ka-t setups
