Wire ID

]Hi,
I need some help to identify a broken off wire.
Picture attached shows a rubber boot and a wire that in my case is simply hanging outside of the boot.
Any clues what that wire is? It is located under the battery.

There is a horn just like the ones in the front of the car that wire goes to. I believe it is for the security system. I think it is there so it cannot be cut if someone is trying to steal the car.
