will this differential work?

will a Z32 non-turbo differential work in a Z31 turbo? i'v been searching over an hour and a half now and cant find anything.not the housing just the differential its self

yes...but

the housings are completely different (which I gather you understand) while both are R200's the Z31 is a long pinion the Z32 is a short pinion, the Z32 is also a viscous carrier so even if you swapped the z32 carrier to your gears and case your output shafts would not work, you'd need output shafts fomr an 88ss as well as turbo halfshafts and companion flanges
