Will simple Nissan parts go on 06 M35?

I would like to know if simple Nissan Maxima parts will go on M35? Air filter, oil filter and break pad. The near by Infiniti is an hour away. I know, I can order this stuff online. If Nissan Maxima parts would fit, I might consider get them from local Nissan dealer, just for convenience sake. Thanks in advance

Yep and not only that but your Nissan dealer can cross reference the parts.

There are parts that are unique to the Infiniti but I have yet to see a part that says infiniti they are nissan
