So i put my motor back together and found out it doesn't want to fire up. I have fuel and spark. I did a compression test and found out that the cylinders has 100psi across. I remember timing the teeth but not 100% sure. Before i take apart the motor do you guess think its the timing?

I've replace cap, rotors and plugs. There is spark but doesn't want to start up.

100 psi sounds pretty low, timing could cause a no start.

Yeah 100psi is way too low. It sounds like your timing is off. Use this picture to fix yours. It is at TDC with the #1 piston all the way up.

So i really messed up somewhere. I took the cam chains off and found out that the intake didn't even spin at all. The sprocket where the pin slides in somehow broke and doesn't move the came.

Do you guys think i might have broken a Valve?

BTW If anyone has s14 intake came please lmk

Ehh not good, you could be interference on all 4 cylinder. You may want to pull the head and inspect.

Before you pull off the head. Turn the engine over by hand a few times and check to see if it stops. If it doesn't want to go any further than you are definately hitting valves. Happened to me lol. Unfortunately.
