You need to look in the FSM to see how spread out the shock towers are and then see if the Y32's are the same.

I doubt that, unless the struts are dead equal length between one another matching up to a J30.

I thought about making one for my J in my Metal shop but I'm not sure it would clear the hood.

I saw a video once on how to check the distance between a closed hood and the top of your motor. Take any type of modeling clay or Play-Doh and place a cylinder shaped piece on the highest point of the motor where the strut bar would be crossing. Next just shut and latch the hood to compress the clay. Re-open the hood and measure the height of the clay, and this gives you the amount of clearance between your motor and hood.To make it easier to measure/clean-up, place a piece of plastic wrap under and over the clay to keep it from sticking to your motor or hood. This should give you an idea as to whether you could fit a tower brace in there or not.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but they should be the same, the only difference is that the y32's were equiped with the vg30de and the later Y33's where had the VQ30's.
