wierd safc air flow readings - Z31 kat

hey guys,well i got the safc all hooked up and running, but wanted to ask you something. i had it datalog the afl, and it only reaches 71.2% as a max. how can this be? im pushing 9psi on the T3 off a Z31, and it should be damn near maxed out or alleast above 80%. any thoughts? maybe this is related to my detonation problem? the readings are consistant w/ boost, for example if i go to 5psi, itll read max like 56%. what the...?
