I have some OEC 16" rims on my infinity I30. I want some wide rims that wnen you look at the car from behind the outside of the tires are flush with the outer edge of the fender.... I was looking at some 17"x7.5" rims from a EX35 and the saw some 19"x8.5" off an M35... Any suggestions... (I am not planning on lowering the car and I don't want a bumpy ride)

Welcome to NICOclub! I've moved this to the Maxima/I30/I35 forum. This forum is dedicated specifically to your vehicle, so you'll have a better chance at getting answers here.

I wouldn't go over an 18" rim if you're worried about ride quality. You can run 19" rims, but the ride quality will be a lot worse than a 17" or 18" wheel. As far as width goes, I would think up to an 8.5" wheel would be fine, but it also depends on the offset. I'm pretty sure most OEM Nissan/Infiniti wheels will be fine though.

Your offset is basically how far out the rim sits, when mounted. Take a look at this thread, which explains a lot about wheel sizes and different offsets: wheel-faq-t57950.html

Right, but at what offset?

Here's a couple pictures of my 2k2 Maxima with +30mm offset 18" G35 wheels and Eibach springs:

I would not go with a lower offset (factory offset is +45mm) as you will have issues with the tire hitting the fenders. I actually had to roll the passenger side finder for clearance (245-40 tires)
