I did some research on it and I found some of them with reasonable price and multi fuction.

1. Tech Edge

2.LM-1: Digital Air/Fuel Ratio Meter

3. FJO Wideband O2

I kind of like the idea of Techedge , 3 unit ( sensors, main brain, display) , DIY kit available as well.

what brand do you guys use ? comment with all these? which is the best to you?

I personally like to try the DIY kit from Tech Edge because it is cheaper and get some experience out of it, but I heard there would be a great chance to get problem . have anyone of you try it? any other wide band o2 reasonable price and reliable?

A wide band I know works is the UEGO 1000, it retails for $550. It works in real time and is extremely accurate. I'd go as far as saying its as good as any dyno sniffer I've ever seen used.

The LM1 is an excellent sounding choice as well. I really like the datalogging feature. I'm probably going to use this one myself so I can tune my own cars while having my laptop for a datalogger. Dyno is to expensive...

Plus http://www.ka24de.com is a NICO sponsor, nuff said about that.

I've got the FJO...comes with a display that I mounted on top of the steering column. Doesn't get much easier than this kit. VERY simple, but not cheap either.

One thing that make the techedge and the innovative more attractive is the fact that they use a bosch 5 wire instead of the lt1 5 wire wideband. I was able to pick up the bosch 5 wire from a vw dealer for 28 bucks a few months ago.

So far no problems with the techedge, but I'll admit I haven't had a change to run the techedge against something else for accuracy. JWT did mention over the phone that they'd be curious to see how well it did against their wideband.

I purchased a prebuilt techedge 2.0 wideband kit. Pretty easy to install as well, just get an extra bung wielded in, or you can simulate narrowband o2 off the techedge if you'd like, plug in the wideband run the wiring in, connect everything up and you're done. The hardest part of the install for me was getting the connector through the firewall.
