wich is a better camshaft set?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

wich cams would be better for a high compression all motor setup, forged 10.5:1 compression forged pistons, stock rods, head work etc..

brian crower stage 3

Adv. Dur.: 272/272 duration Dur @ .050: 226/226Lift (in): .401"/.401"

JWT S1 Cams

Adv. Dur.: 275/275 duration Lift (in): .390"/.390"

JWT

Crower V3's require serious tuning to work correctly.

can you point me in the right direction to read up on it? ive searched and havent found much....the only differences i see is that the JWT has more duration and the BC stage 3 has more lift

Greaser on Freshalloy Did a N/A biuld using Crower V3's. VERY VERY far from drop in cams. Check it out in the 240sx advanced forum,or just google Crower V3's.

Those crowers are badass if you know how to wok them, but JWt is most likely the best route for most people.
