With a tire with decent wet/snow handling, snow and ice would be absolutely meaningless to this car. It handles really well in the snow and ice, but any slip (and its almost virtually all lateral slip) I attribute to the crappy rubber, which has come as OEM on 2 of my 3 most recent vehicles.
Why did Infiniti go with RS-A on the x? It's almost as if the AWD is making up for a crappy wet/snow tire.
Now, I know that RS-A is not a snow tire, but there are much better wet/snow handling performance tires out there, and almost all of them are cheaper than the Eagles.
Why Infiniti, why?
Thanks for listening.
