If you scroll down the flash player part that list all the part numbers it shows actuall diagrams of the end tanks. So example on the 5th flash player down, titled "GReddy intercooler side tank No. 404-No. 505"The 1st column indicated the model number, example "No.407"The 2nd column indicated the opening size, 100 mm, so about 4inches.3rd column priceLast column indicates what car most commonly used for and whether used as an inlet or outlet.
The skyline motor in the picture is running the No.501 Type 27 Endtank as the Top Inlet, the No.502 Type 27 Endtank as the bottom inlet and the No.505 Type 27 Entank as the outlet side. So basically dual 3" inlets, one from each turbo getting pumped out a single 4" outlet to the intake plenum.
