I have about 99K Miles on my 2008, no problems with the car except when I let the front brakes go bad and had to get new rotors, and been through about 4 batteries.

sold my clunker at 99,800 miles. what a piece of junk. worst car i have ever owned. you can find my repair list somewhere on this forum; dont feel like digging right now.

-and i maintain my car to the standards of a racecar. i service all my brakes twice a year. (clean, inspect, lube) - and STILL like everyone else i needed all 4 new calipers due to seal issues.

Just hit 105K km on my 2014. Had to get a "winter" approved grille since the stock one let in too much snow and killed the engine. Other than that, just regular fluid changes. Still original brakes and tires. I'll be due for Rogue #5 in a few months once I hit 120K km. Hopefully I can stretch it out until the 2017 is available.

117,000 and counting on 2011 Rogue.
AC clutch and pulley replaced and left side steering wheel audio controls not working, only issues so far.
Brakes, tires, fluid changes, battery that's it.
Use Pennzoil Synthetic oil, Nissan trans fluid and coolant.
Can't think of anything else.

195,000 on my 2011. Don't know the history of it but just purchased a few weeks ago. So far I replaced brakes, rotors and calipers. Next up is all fluids to be changed and spark plugs(cause I do not know if any fluids besides motor oil has been changed) No issues with the vehicle thus far

Just checked out cars.com and there are so many 2nd generation rogues with over 100k miles for sale. Makes me think that new CVT transmission is reliable and trouble free for atleast 100k miles.

Not surprised to hear that. I owned a Mitsubishi Outlander with a CVT for 7 years before buying my 2015 Rogue, and never had any problems with the CVT. Nissan had problems with the 1st gen CVT, but those problems have been sorted out in the 2nd gen.

Just got rid of Rogue #4 at 125K km, and now I'm into Rogue #5. It's a 2016 SV AWD. My company gave me the option of the base 2017 or since there were some deals, an upgrade on a 2016. Since upgrades are rarely offered, I chose the 2016. So far I've logged over 550K km on my first 4 Rogue's. Still no major issues with any of them.

Did you have to pay for cvt replacement since powertrain warrenty expires at 60k?

2013 S - 81k now. CVT is excellent after fluid change about 15k ago (was noisy on hills). Doing the first brake job soon too.

I bought from a dealer that had a lifetime power train warranty. I also purchased a 120,000 mile extended warranty for $1050. Thankfully reading this EXCELLENT forum made me search for a dealer offering the lifetime warranty.
Now at 110,000 miles. Just replaced the brakes.

Just hit 170 k on my 08, only probs have been the notorious brake caliper issue and had the cvt changed out right when I got it. Been a soldier and going to my daughter. Still get compliments on how clean it is.

Turned 100k last month. Still runs great but time for plugs, differential and transfer case oil change and, yes, brakes.

Can you start a thread for the 2nd gen Rogues with all the maintenance and repairs that we should expect along the way?

2009 SL Rogue with 195000km. RIP, CVT pressure control valve failed, not worth fixing, 10years, had her through every province in Canada, and down to Georgia and back. Rooftop carriers too hard on the tranny? Only towed once with it.

199K on my 2011.... Second CVT :-( been a great car other than that pesky crazy expensive experiment they try to push off as a transmission. :-)
