Who has a custom exhaust on their 2.0S?

A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

I added an exhaust tip on my tailpipe - it was only $40

Nice! haha

well im thinking i might just go with the stillen exhaust because it seems like to much trouble to make a custom one..

this is what i was planning on geting

muffler: http://www.statracing.com/buy/megan-muffler.asp

piping: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ories

Im just not sure how it all makes an exhaust.

Shouldnt there be a resonator on the piping? or does that render performance/air flow??

It seems like it will be " straight " piping so does that mean its a cat back or no??

Is there anything missing on the piping that im not aware of?

I understand the piping gets welded together but does it get welded to the headers and muffler?? Im seeing a interest in the versa headers out there on interent that may fit the sentra 2.0 engine so i got to consider that if the piping gets welded to the header..

TLDR: Im trying to get a grasp on this custom exhaust thing. Help!!

I would get the Megan Racing M-GT Muffler but just stay with the 2.5 inlet.

there are a few 2.0L sentra owners with custom or some other type of aftermarket exhaust on Allsentra. Maybe take a look, it might save you some $$$.

I know I should be getting mine from BRM, which includes everything for a complete catback system. They do quality work so it's worth it, just a thought. I know I'm doing a 2.5" on my spec v.

I'm not sure about giving links out around here, but shoot Greg and email: [email protected], that's the guy from BRM that you want to talk with. Tell him I sent you and that you're looking to get an exhaust built. Tell him what model you have and everything. He'll probably tell you to stick to a 2.25" since you're not a spec v. You can email me too if you like, I have most of their prices and know what options you are allowed for your vehicle. Hope this helps.

Sorry so long..But ya ill try to get a video up tommorrow. My catback is 2.25" 2.5" would be too big inturn you would lose a bit of power. I'd say with my current 2.25" I gained more bottom end than top end. But I still love it! video should be up by tomorrow, Im going to try and remove the intake manifold to try and get to the coils under them...i think mine in Cylinder 2's gone so Im only running 3 good cylinders.

Did you mention NICO in the email?

If he doesn't get back to you, give BRM a call. Usually they're easier to get on the phone. Make sure you mention NICO!

Yes I did in the email. I'll give BRM a call if he doesn't reply within the next few days.
