Fellow sexyy white coupe owners...

How do you get rid of those nasty tiny black dots from driving around? I scrub and scrub and i cant get them all off. Is there any way to prevent them or an easier way to get em off??

Also! DDM tuning HIDs came in!!!!!!!!! What is the best and easiest way to install them?

Just from road debris and bugs

I would suggest a clear tape 3m bra, you can snag them on ebay for like $30 and it is a clear sticker that goes over the front of your car.

It is a BIG install job that requires a LOT of patience and 2 or 3 SETS of hands.

Go to auto zone or pep boys an pick up the turtle wax bug and tar remover. That is what I use and it works great and it's designed for cars so you really can't mess anything up. Haveling a white coupe is tuff to keep clean but it looks so nice when it's all good and clean.

I also got the DDM Kit. It is really easy to install but you will have to remove that plastic cover off and just have the prong plug into the OEM plug or just cut off half of DDM plastic cover to plug it in (Which I did).

Make sure to have plenty of zip ties also.

It is really easy to do if you do follow that instruction, but after doing it that way I would had just taken the front bumper off giving more room to work with it. Some say removing the bumper is a pain to do but I can remove my front bumper pretty quick and put it back on quickly.

Forgot to mention that the DDM Kit have those extra wire on it you can just use electrical tape to tape it off since it wont be needed. (It is meant for older cars that will need those extra set of wire to go to the battery)

Clay bar is the way to go. I didn't have black dot's but specks of what looks like rust. Clay bar worked great.

x596 for black cars.

I have DDM's HIDs and I just took my bumper off to install them. I can take my bumper off and put it on in a matter of a couple minutes (maybe 4 total). It's really not that hard at all. And not really a pain if you know how to do it.

We also installed mine at nighttime with the just headlights from my brothers truck to see what we were doing, we got it done in about 45 minutes, could have been a lot quicker if we knew that the wires were all funny

Make sure to only use microfiber and shammy cloth when cleaning you car. Anything else will scracth and after a while they won't buff out. You will be able to see them in certain light.

i have DDM too :D i take my bumper off- im under the hood so much anyways- it just makes it easier.

even if you go threw the wheelwell- u still have to move the fender flap, which can be quite a pain in the butt...

regardless- 6 popoffs on top, 2 screws in the wheelwells, and 5 popoffs on bottom w/ 3 phillips screws on the sides- click the sides out- and pull forward, its easyyyyyy lol

i know exactly what your talking about. like the others have mentioned use a clay bar. i think some of it might come from any tire shine you put on the tires. but yeah clay bar will get all the tiny little stuff.

thanks for the help!

we installed them last night... took quite a while because it was back wiring so we tried fixing that by pullin the wires.. but i ended up shaving off the little plastic piece that made it fit only one way. BUT they are done and the 2nd time around went a lot quicker! ill get pics soon. got the 6k kit.
