I am working on swapping my Active pump out and I am having hard time finding out what parts I need to do the conversion. I recently got a pump off of Goody's wreck but it has HICAS. I have studied the FSM, Called Joe. and Searched this information is no where to be found.

Below are the parts I think I need, what else do I need?

STD hoses

STD brackets

I plan on using a STD pump and well, it looks like the pulley from the active or T car (same size) will fit the std pump then no pulley swap on the water pump or crank will be needed.

Does anyone have any better diagrams of the PS hose system the FSM only shows the Hicas lines

So I took some pictures.

Does this make sense.

All I should have to do put the STD pump in with brackets and hook up the resevour which should be the same.

Then I should be able to connect the new high line output on the pump to same place it connects now. Is the mounting location for the steering rack in the same place?

Everything looks kosher... You only need the new pump and bracket, i wasnt aware you needed a new high pressure hose.

Yeah I am not sure if I do either, I have been trying to find out and no ones knows. Right now I have HICAS pump hoses and brackets (Thanks to Goody). The pump will not work, but the pully is the same width as the active one. So I plan to put the Hicas pulley on the std pump and forgo the changing of the crank pulley. There should be no downside to a wider belt.

Anyways I will update my article once I am done so no one has to go through this again

So I got my rebuilt pump today and put the Hicas pump pulley on it. As I hoped it bolted right up. Its the same with as the active pulley so the same belt, idler, water pump pulley, and crank pulley should work. its 5 15/16 in diameter.

I am not sure the size of a reg pulley does anyone know?

I cant see any problem running the wider belt.

If the pulley is larger it will spin the pump slower, if its smaller it would drive it faster. I need to know how big the reg pulley is to know how much.

Not sure if it would matter too much either way.
