Obviously you can't tell the difference because this thread has an actual poll. Flamer...

Every few months there's a thread about which gas people use, people's mileage, the clear stickers on the side of the car, where to get eyelids, and rattle noises from the interior.

There doesn't need to be a difference, it's the same thread. And there are several others just like it.

Calm down, it's not like we're running out of thread space. Don't get angry because California has better weather than Jersey.

its so much easier to just give your opinion rather than insult people and find a link to older threads.

come on dude you have the 3.5, high output v6 needs the high octane.

stick with chevron or shell

I'm not asking which do I need to use. I'm asking which one you use/prefer. I don't need peoples opinions on what to use. I've read the manual so I already know what to use. I'm just trying to see what the general public THESE days like 2009 August use.

Obviously my intentions for responding the way I did. Very mature.

Sorry, I guess the thread from JULY 2009 was not up to date enough.

not busting any balls here...

but why is it, that mods get mad if someone posts a thread about something that has already been talked about a bunch of times and tells them to use search button... but when someone posts a topic about which gas someone uses (and there's like a million of these threads) they don't say anything, and just leave it?

and as for the whole July/August difference, I doubt anyone would change what kind of gas they use just because it's a different month...

Apparently you are the noob who doesn't know the difference between YOU'RE and YOUR. "YOUR A" good one buddy. I don't have an "a noob"

And FYI I do know how to use the Blinking Search button. Try typing in Octane and categorizing to Altima Coupe. You won't find a single thread titled octane, "you're a noob".

I hope this is the last thread of this kind. Let's put it to rest already. The manual says use 91+ octane for the 3.5 and 87 for the 2.5. End of story.
