That's when you say $5 and tell them that you're the treasurer. You'd prolly walk away with a couple hundred by the end of the meet. lolMr1der wrote:we also suck in noobs with them too...
people are ALWAYS asking how much it costs to join and crazy **** like that....

couldnt have said it better. a passion for all that is auto-mobile-a$$-kick-ery brings us together.AZhitman wrote:But everyone I've met at meets and events has been so damn awesome to hang out with - It always amazes me how something as simple as a damn car forum can bring together people who would have otherwise NEVER met, and they all get together and have a BLAST.
It's what keeps me going - It's what makes us awesome.
Its only a 9 hour drive, count me in. You know what is funny? I would be much more willing to drive further and longer to meet up with Nico people, than I would be with the local people from my forum. Hell, I don't even go to meets and they are just down the street. Bunch of prepubescent ricer idiots.PapaSmurf2k3 wrote:yeah I still want to have a NICO BBQ at my house in RI, like I said I was going to do like 4 years ago, then college and work happened, then Germany happened... Brian said he would come out just for the kickass seafood.
Seriously though, its going to happen. My parents' house is the perfect party house. We live right on the water, connected to the ocean, have a pool, a big porch, relatively large yard, pool table, couple boats, windsurfing, kayaks, multiple refridgerators and coolers for high accessability of beers, and a good size grill. The only problem would be parking, and even that isn't a very big problem. It has to be in the summer though. Maybe next year? My dad would be pissed if no one showed up with a 260z. He used to have one and still tells stories about it to this day.
I got a vote! Woohoo! Love you too Mike.iwantans13 wrote:I think Id really like to meet madscientist, Mr1der, Sketch, all the NSR peeps, Caysey, Sbird1 and Ryon.

TV is doubtful at this point as the one we used last year has killed itself. Nissan didn't give us the Titan nor Frontier. Torry got them as loaners from some buddies of his. I did mention to him about renting a TV but have not followed up on it.Florida240sx wrote:Hmm I'm sure there is a rent a place around there... How much for a tv for a weekend?
