I have a 2003 M45 Sport I got in '06 and just love it! Looking to improve performance, but keep the look. I have 86,000 on it now and just love the open road of Nevada! I really am able to open it up! Looking for another '03 to maybe use as a project car to really test the limits:-)

2008 M45X - Dark Gray with Black Leather. 68K miles. I've only had the car for about 3 weeks now, but does anyone else who owns this car have any tidbits of info? Power gains, snafus, intake suggestions? I frickin' love the car. Any big maintenance issues that have hit folks? Let me know!

For your m35x, Burtman Industries is where you need to go for your drop springs. He's a member on here too but can't remember his username

It's just the lighting. Wheels are chrome. Just got back from the dealer getting an oil change. So far everything checked out well.

New to the forum, but interested to learn more about others experiences with the M series...

My M --> 2006 M45 purchased in 2009 with a mere 36k+ miles on it. Black, with black leather interior, wood grain paneling and loaded electronics from journey, technology packages and drop down DVD player... Lane change sensors as well as inteligent cruise control (which is part of the reason for the purchase)...

This vehicle is a road warrior with me and now has over 265k miles on it. Only major repairs are as follows: fuel injection system was replaced under warrant (sub-100k miles), shocks and struts replaced, over 50 oil changes, 5 sets of tires and one rear bumper replaced after an accident.

Next major repair pending will be replacing the front wheel bearings...

I haven't customized the vehicle any as it's been my second 250k+ vehicle for daily usage... Pics to follow someday

HI everyone, My nme is Dan and I bought a 2009 M35x yesterday. Found this site thru web search for info about my M.

During the last 20 years. my family has owned mostly Toyota vehicles: 12 Toyotas and 3 Lexuses). We have collectively had only great success with them.

I traded in my 2001 GS430 RWD with 175K miles. It was a great car, powerfull and fun to drive. With the snowy winters in Chicago, I simply got tired of dealing with RWD being ineffective, fish-tailing in the snow or simply not driving the card during bad weather. I decided that my next car would be a GS-like size, at least as big as my '01 GS, and with AWD. Lexus now offers AWD on the GS35, but unfortunately the last 2 body styles of the GS are each smaller in interior room than my '01 GS, so I said no them. Have had my eye on a M35x for a while. Not many other vehicle to consider, given my criteria. The M35 comes highly recommenced, good value for the $$$, hands-down bigger than my '01 GS including more head room and more front seat leg room (I am 6'4") and, most importantly, has the optional AWD! My brother-in-law had a M45 and now has a M35x and he has no problems whatsoever.

Looking forward to learning for all of you. Thanks for your time

What up –

My names Justin,

Proud new owner of an Infiniti M35x that I just drove off the lot (pre-owned), bought her with 71K miles and she runs and drives great. Originally I was in the market for a European model car, always a huge fan of Mercedes and BMW, however, the cost of upkeep doesn't mesh well with my middle class take home.

I've never been a fan of anything that was from Japan or classified as JDM and I must say that this car has changed my perseptions of JDM overall. It's more that I could have asked for, even though it’s not a Benz or a BMW, the fact of the matter remains that its a staple of the luxury sedan class and I couldn’t be happier. It's a great feeling; the car is all wheel drive, gives me the feeling of driving a bigger S-Class model (or I would imagine), and the car is honestly a work of art.

I thought I would join the community to forge some connections, have some help with questions I might have, and find some people with common interest.
I'm located in Portland, Oregon. Anyone else out of the NW?

IT has the internet locked down its amazing I even made it here, will post pictures when I get home. Looking forward to making some connections and educating myself about my car.
