Hello!

Where is the fan relay on a 2008 G35? All I found was a 50A fuse in the smaller fuse box in front of the battery. And next to the battery, I didn't see anything that was for the fans. Is there some other location that has this relay?

Coolant temp sensor works, fans work because I can turn them on with my scan tool. wires have voltage running to the fan module..... This is annoying, normally cars have either one relay, or two for high and low speed.

Thank yoU!!

Welcome to NICO!
That is definitely a bit odd that they still work with the scan tool but not on their own. Maybe someone on here has been down that road before, but I certainly never have.
While you wait for a better answer, maybe you can take a look at the factory service manuals and see if they explain the operation and/or where the relay is.

Sweet, hopefully I can find what i'm looking for in there. And then share on here so it can be made into a sticky, or added to another one that has to do with overheating.

Thank you!

So all it needed was a proper fan..... purchased one from ebay from the seller "carpartswholesale". It works with manually with my scanner. But the car didn't like it. (( First time I have ever purchased aftermarket and it didn't wortk ))
