Where do i set the distrubtor too

i have a 91 240sx replace head gasket crank chain tensioner new cam chain done a port polish mild one

Once i have all this put back to gather where do set the distur tooo . where do i a line it so the fireing order will be right. i know the fireing order is 1-4-3-2.These means nothing to me cause i dont know where to set the distrobter at i do not under stand...

there is thereds about this but ive found none for the DOHC.The sohc is way diff my oil pump does not hook to the distrubtor it sits right at the crank and is a bastard to get loose.. i know the compress strock for #1 must be TDC and all keyways and all must be at 1200 i know how to do this ........But setting the distbortor is my problem iam needing to get this finished please if you know where to set the distibtor at post or email me [email protected]

Im not totaly sure but i think you have to statick (sp) time it first.

SRY sTm i dont know what lanugue your talking.............. this is what ive done to the motor in my car..... I pulled the head done mild port and polish and intake polished,,polished the valves pistions top , exhoust ports on the head ((((((((thourmaste,water pump plug wires, spark plugs , cam chain ,crank chain new intake gaskest head gasket exhoust manafold gasket ,valve cover gasket , oil pan gasket,, replace vacume lines on the back of the head,, and cold air intake with extension droped half of the exhoust and replace with 2.5pipeing and high flowing muffler

Need to know where to set the distrbotor work is done

the most irritating part that had me throughing tool(short temper)was the little pipe comming from the oil pan to the oil pump
