Wheels first or Suspension?

Happy holidays guys and gals,

I'm looking at getting tires for my 73 240z, however I am unsure on the correct tire size. I know there are tons of wheel and tire threads, so I'm not asking about what size I should go with. However would you recommend getting the suspension and (zg) fender flares before deciding on the wheel specs? I am looking at doing coil overs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go with the coil overs first, for sure!

I would do the suspension first to improve ride quality.
