Ok So I have a 11’M37 and I just purchased and installed the 2018 q70 20” sport rims. I’ve been doing research and realized that any wheel spacers under 25mm simply won’t work . I would just like to see what 25mm spacers look like with these wheels... Anyone have any pics ? Please post so I can’t get an idea. Flush would be cool... Or even a slight poke but nothing OD . Thanks

I have an 18 as well and can tell you 25s are too aggressive. I had a 2015 Q70S and I think earlier years - pre 2014 - had deeper reliefs in the wheels. So now its either machine the back of the wheel or do spacers with the replacement lugs. I did those on my 2015 Q70S and they were perfect.

I am in Dallas and having a hard time finding ANYONE who will replace the studs. So frustrating...in LA I had so many shops.

I would agree with the above based on my experience with 20mm rear and 15 mm front. 25s would definitely poke out. I also believe the tire plays into this. Same size tires will not be exactly same width.

15mm will work. on my 2012 I have the H&R on the rear and its a good fit, with my stock sport rims and 275s they do not stick out past the fender. 15mm is the smallest size without having to replace the wheel studs.

You must have the wheels with the bigger reliefs...or did you do the replacement studs? of have the existing shaved down?

Anything other than a 25mm will not work with the stock sport 20's. the studs hit the back of the wheels. If something is different we'd love to see the wheels both on and off...this discussion has been going on for years! lol

That link was very helpful in that it literally proves what I have been saying about the rear reliefs. See your two pics (thanks for these) and then the 3rd which is the back of a newer wheel. They filled in the stupid relief. I have done extensive research and on 95% of all Nissan wheels - including the GTR - they have the deeper relief. Just not on our newer versions. Stupid! lol

With how much your stud and lug protrude past the spacer it does not work with our newer versions. ARGH!!!

I would gladly trade my newer wheels for older ones and just have them refinished so as not to have to deal with the stud replacements.

I’m in Dallas as well ! Where would I find the spacers with the replacement lugs because I plan on putting a 275 tire in the rear and keep 245 up front..

I just wish I would’ve known that before buying the 2018 versions. But I got a sweet deal. So the 20mm would even look way too poked out on 18’ versions too ... Hmmm so I mean what exactly do I need to do because I’m born and raised and in Dallas and know tons of people who do customizations on vehicles... I just need to know what to do . Plus I plan on dropping the car on Eibachs. I don’t know much about coil overs but they look expensive.

Or what about wider tires ? 265 or 275 up front
285 or 295 rear... Would that be flushed ?

Hey Texas

What did you pay for your sport wheels

I have a set that were just powder coated and I’m thinking of selling them.

You can IM me if you don’t want to put your business out there

These wheels are probably worth around 1k. I have seen them in various places 1 to 1300...also I just sold a set of GTR 20's (all fronts) for 900.
