Now I am really confused

I fitted Tire Rack winter wheel and tire package at the weekend and prior to that I had been experiencing a vibration at about 1500 - 1700rpm

Today I drove to Toronto and drove at higher speeds than are legal in Buffalo. Here is what I observed

1. Slight pulling to the right side if I take my hands of the steering wheel. With my old tires and wheels I had similar problem but it was resolved by a realignement. Since then I have fitted recharged strut accumulators (car has active suspension) and now the new wheels and tires. Could the alignment be off again due to the active fix and / or the new tires. Tire noise is a little high as if one tire is "wearing in"

2. In additon to the low speed vibration I get at 45mph and 1500 - 1700 rpm, I noticed at 75mph an additional vibration period which does not go away at higher speeds!

3. Vibration is there is neutral, but I can also sense a slight vibration even when the car is stationary

I am not sure what end is up and unclear on how to carry out a logical fault finding. Based on previous advice I am still going to check transmission mounts, engine mounts and exhaust mounts at the weekend

Could just be you've found something else wandering around at a higher resonant frequency. If you're lucky, it's only one thing (or subsystem) that is vibrating, and you'll fix it all by replacing a few items. I can say that my ride is noticeably smoother and quieter since having done my transmission mounts and exhaust hangers. Did them both at the same time, so I can't say which had the larger impact. Probably hangers for noise and mount for vibration. I want to do the engine mounts soon to see what difference that makes. I'm guessing quite a lot after 220k. Of course the rear seal will need to be replaced at the same time. That'll be a tough one.

My experience indicates that motor mounts need replacing every 100-120k.....rough every 6 years. Bad motor mounts will just tear up new transmission mounts fast..............3 points support everything!
