FYI That's not Ace's Z. Those wheels on it are factory 350Z anniversary edition stockers. Can't help you with the specs but you can look them up.

Know you guys have beaten this to death by now, but was considering a set of four (4) G35 17x8 wheels with 33MM offset. This is confirmed to fit the rear. Would these fit the front as well?

I have seen so many differing opinions on this topic, just needed to ask the experts. Any opinions are welcomed and appreciated.

This is a '90 NA.

Pretty much anything that fits the rear will fit the front within reason. The factory TT rears which are 16x8.5 (IIRC) +35 fit just fine on the front.

I have a '93 NA, and as far as I know the wheels that are on it are NA wheels...

My rear tires are 255s, and my fronts are 245s...

Is it possible to stretch tires that far!? Or did they possibly get 2 sets of rear wheels off of the turbo model and put them on the front and rear?

Maybe this thread is dead but here goes anyway. Just decided to buy some new wheels on my Red 1990 300ZX, 2+2. I have owned the car for 20 years and it only has 42k miles on it so I am keeping the stock wheels for when I sell it. The car is all stock except for the TT spoiler on back and stereo. Always garaged and covered, awesome car. I want to change the look with either Black or Gunmetal wheels. The first post in this thread says my 16" stock wheels are 7.5" wide, when I google my wheels I find 7" wide. I assume you guys are correct and it is 7.5 wide? I do not want the new wheels to stick out of the top side of fender and would like to get 18" wheels. I would like staggered, I have been looking at 8" or 8.5" for front and 9" or 9.5" for rear. What is a range for offsets for these sizes for the front and rears. For what I am looking for, not a lot of options out there. Thanks for your help. I am getting a lot of different answers from the dealers as to what would and would not work. BH

They are 7.5 Remember that when it comes to the wheels sticking out of the fender the offset is what you need to be looking at while looking at the width.
What to do? go to tire size calculator (google) somewhere in there it should say offset calc, then add in the spec of your desired wheel, see how much it tells you it will stick out from stock, get a ruler, go outside, enjoy cool breeze, measure your @%^% , I mean wheels to fender.

Hi all,

New user here -- hello! -- and want to do my best to abide by existing guidelines..

So, I just purchased a 1990 Z32 TT and am aiming to pick it up at the end of this month and drive it back to the NYC metro/tristate area. I want to replace all 4 tires ahead of the ~1,300 mile drive, however I can't seem to find a single all-season tire (e.g. Pilot Sport A/S 3+) that's still produced in the factory spec and Tire Rack is only offering me the option of Pirelli P Zero Rosso or Yokohama Advan in factory spec. Even though I'm not planning to drive the car during the winter months, I'm still based in the Northeast and so I need something that's suitable year-round.

That said, can anyone recommend a good all-season tire that is still available (and where to purchase)?

If not, should I consider a new wheel/tire combo and if so what new tire/wheel sizes should I consider as an alternative to stock? I'm a fan of the Enkei RPF1 and Volk Racing TE37 -- what would look great on Cherry Red Pearl?

I should mention that the stock wheels are in excellent condition, so my reason for sticking with the factory tire sizes has more to do with keeping the stock look and less with avoiding the added expense of new wheels.

Thanks all, and looking forward to posting pics once I pick it up at the end of the month!

In theory they should fit, but hard to say without knowing the spoke/hub design. Too flat it can contact the front calipers, as the 300zx brake calipers are relatively large. On the other hand, why would you want to put narrower wheels on a TT. Rears are 16x8.5.
