I've got them set up with a small "inline" vac canister that I pulled off of a ford. It's prob only about 2/3 cubic inches, but it works nicely. I've got the SDS keeping them shut below 3500rpms right now. I'll need to get to the dyno to figure out exactly where I need to open and shut them. But at idle, they make a noticable difference. When I've them them open the idle seems rougher and slower. When I close them, the idle improves and idles a little faster. I don't know how much difference they make with a stock flywheel, but with the lightweight one that I have, it's quite noticeable. The car is eaiser to get rolling from a stop (less clutch slip), and seems to buck less if I bog it. It's not V8 torque, but it's better than w/o them.
