Whats going on?

I just recently put in a turbo off a sr20det. The turbo is working and boosting but when i take the car out and beat on it (warm it up) the boost is every where. Im running 10-11 steady but when it warms up then the turbo jumps from 7-8 to 10-11 like crazy it wont hold it. What could these be? Thanks for the help.

check all the vacuum hose connections for leaks and ensure the swing valve moves freely.

Ok i checked all the hoses and all good and i checked the swing valve and all is good.. Any outher ideas?

when the boost is jumping all over the place does the engine run clean, ie only the turbo is acting weird, the engine responds to the increase and decrease in boost like it normally would?

Is it does it sounds normall minus the turbo going all wonkie. You can here the turbo boost then come down boost then come down.
