Complete clutch kit went in over the summer. I've just changed the soft line and bleed the line..clutch works fine but when the car sits all day or over night, my clutch pedal leaks down to the floor..I pick it back up ans it works with no problem. Don't even have have to prime or bleed it. What's gone bad? No visible leak

So when you first hit it, it goes to the floor? Or you get in the car and it is already on the floor?

Maybe a bad master. Slow internal seal leak.

clutch slay. i changed it out and it was fine for a few days then it happen again. I found out the new rubber line that i put on for the clutch slay needed a little more torque. so then i bleed it again. it seems to do ok but nothing like before the old slay went bad. it still drops down a little from time to time. but never all the way to the floor. the main hard line coming from the master cylinder on the fire wall, runs under the car and ties into a square block. it has a few hard lines running off of it. can i take that block out of the system and run a solid line from the master cylinder straight to the clutch slay?

Yeah, you can actually remove the hard line going into the block and thread it directly into the slave if I'm not mistaken.
It's called the clutch box bypass, or clutch damper bypass if you'd like to research more.

ok thanks. i'll try that this weekend while im off. now if i can only find a shop here in NC that can rebuild my engine the right way and i'll be well on my way to finally put my turbo on. the old shop that built it closed down and my engine sounds like a diesel at idle. the head head sounds horrible.
