Hey I'm wondering what the best tuning method would be for me. weather I should go with a SAFC'II and get it tuned on the dyno. A upgraded chiped ECU from a site. Get my ECU chiped, flashed and tuned at a shop. I am hoping to make around 250-280 WHP the mods planed are down below the ones that matter anyways. So what would be the best? I don't want to go stand alone since there is no real need for it. Also bare in mind it needs to be cost effective lol I'm a student haha.

x2, sounds like you've done your research so i can give you credit for that but definatly a rom tune is you best bet. Just pick what ever company/ price that suits you and it sounds like you will be happy as you are realistic with your goals of around 250hp

I'm with these ^ folks, rom tune. SAFC's are bollocks, if you need one to tweak your mixtures the tune wasn't done properly.

ROM tune would be your cheapest route. That said, I've been pretty impressed with nistune for the money and they make a chip for the CA for like $400... Real time tuning owns.

+1 ROM tune. If they can do a ROM tune on the dyno, even better!
