I believe multiple companies make similar wheels. With my limited knowledge, I believe they are Racing Harts, not sure about the model name/number tho. Try searching on their website.

Yes, the style does look very RH. Looks like the C4's? I was thinking about picking up a used set before I got my SE-R's.
