They will only go back on weird if the harness gets in the way of the fender, and lining up body panels isn't hard, especially if they are going back on the same car that they came off of, just take your time and be patient. The fun part is going to be getting the driver's door to line back up after I swap out the old saggy hinges for the brand new non-saggy ones.

Ordered Amsoil since no one had it in town within a 50 mile radius.... :tisk:

Got the bolts and nuts off the old cams and swapped them. Made sure timing/cams tensioner, CAS were set right. Need to bleed lifters once I get oil.

Removed gas tank to dispose of 5 year old gas that smells like paint thinner. Nicely rusted inside :-) Threw some Evap-O-rust in there, scrubbed it. Looks good now. Went to Touge Factory for a new Walbro pump since the one I put 5 years earlier rusted. Installed pump, tank, and now.have to re-do so wiring. Found reason why pump wouldn't engage, wire connection from black/pink broke. So happy...

Replaced the PITA coolant hoses under the intake with silicone ones. Tried to use braided lines but the clamps wouldn't tighten all the way. Tried to start her with a jump, but the battery is not giving enough cranking amps. Dropped it off at Vato Zone to get a full charge.

Sounded like she wanted to roar though. Hopefully tomorrow I can bring her back to life.

Battery was bad. Car runs but timing is off or need to remap the tune. I will see what is up with it tomorrow. :)

Finally got it in time but now my front main seal needs replacing. If the baffle plate is leaking, you SR20 guys know what has to happen next. While the engine is out if needed, I will paint the engine bay, replace the rear main, and reseal the timing cover too.

Replaced the front main seal and tightened the chain tensioner where it meets with the head and it stop leaking!! Now I still got a rough idle and have to give it a little gas to stay running. I will make a thread in SR section to see if you fellows can help me out. Happy Thanksgiving to all. Couldn't believe it but somebody called about a job offer today and I go see about it on Monday!!
