Just picked up a 5speed trans and started finding all the parts needed for the swap.
So far I just need a bypass line, shifter bushing, and the boot for the shifter.

Bypass line? Clutch hardline to slave?
Get shifter bushing from dealer and there's OEM type boots on ebay for around $10, I've got one, not bad at all.

Oh and I installed a used cooling panel on my Vert. Nothing can be easy on the Vert, as one of the bolt heads was broken off, so drilled/removed/tapped it.

Disconnected the oil pressure gauge because the blinking "0 psi/warning light" was annoying me.

Didn't happen today but had a blowout on the interstate sunday while en route to local drift event. I had just put a spare from my Z in the trunk that day so needless to say I limped it home on an old Z tire and completely missed the event. I was only going to spectate but I was more concerned about sorting out my tire situation before the busy week began.

Tires are expensive, even for a crappy 205/60R15 eco tire

Haha, the gauge is not connected to the pressure unit. I just wired up the gauge so when the sandwich adapter comes in all i have to do is bolt it up. But since the gauge is not connected to anything, the gauge just blinks. I thought it wouldnt bother me but it's so annoying haha.
