What to do!

Okay so I started to fix the screwed on pieces of sheet metal that were covering a hole in my floor. Not too sure what to do with the mount though! I was thinking about just sticking a jack under the cab lifting it up a bit and cutting it then welding some flat iron on then drilling a hole in it and maybe using just a normal bolt and washer instead on top? the bolt was almost completely rusted through and snapped at the slightest turn. Here is a picture let me know some opinions!

Also forgot to say would of course cut the old rusted part off before I welded something on top.

How about putting a 1/4" piece of plate on there? Drill/burn/blow a hole for the bolt and prob solved I'm ASSuming you have welder and torch wrench
