You must check your active suspension. I would contact TexasOil about what exactly needs to be checked and how. He is the foremost authority when it comes to the Infiniti active suspension.

You should be able to find his contact information on this website.

Attenna MastProbably the nylon toothed cord is brokenIt can be bought from Joe at http://www.infintipartsusa.com I think for about $25. Undo the part that extends beyond the body and unmount it from inside the trunk. Probably you will have to open up the round part of the attenna body to remove the broken piece. Remove the old attenna, reinstall the attenna body with attenna mast hole back through the car body. Get someone to turn on the radio, stick the new attenna mast's nylon toothed cord into the attenna mast hole. Get that person to turn off the radio and feed the nylon cord into the hole. You might have to repeat the turning on and off of the radio until the teeth catch. After it is fed in, screw back on the parts on the outside of the body.

You didn't say how many miles you had, but Fred (if I may speak in his behalf) and I are believers of crankcase reverse flushes by http://www.envirolution.com . Expecially recommended before converting to synthetic oil. If you can't find a facility near you, email me and I'll send you the guys number to find one for a G50 Q45.

You must get a service manual (from Joe, or EBay, or maybe a member here has one) and read the entire active suspension chapter.

Or download one in Acrobat format from http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/infiniti/ and all TSB for a one day subscription, if you have a high speed connection, or lots of strong coffee if you don't.__________________Brian1995 Q45 & Q45t & 2000 Q45

Mileage is 75,000.

How does the one day subscription work?. Can I down load the info and keep it permanently on my hard drive?.

Yes. However, note that the files (don't forget the TSB's either) must be selected and downloaded one at a time (or from the "fwd.pdf" file). And the total size for all the files for a given model/year is fairly big, so please do not attempt this with a simple dial-up line - you will be up late for hours! :(

I would recommend that you only do this download if you have an ISDN, or preferably a faster DSL or a cable-modem, Internet connection.
